3.3 Content Sources: You can convert text from various sources including documents, web pages, PDFs, and other text content.

3.4 Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

4.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to ListenPal ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and convert your content for the purpose of providing our Services.

4.2 Copyright Compliance: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to convert any User Content. You must not provide content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

4.3 Prohibited Content: You agree not to provide content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4.4 Generated Audio: The audio generated from your User Content is for your personal use. You may not distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the generated audio without proper authorization.

4.5 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5.1 Fair Use: You agree to use the Services in accordance with fair use principles. We reserve the right to impose limitations or suspend accounts that engage in excessive or abusive usage.

5.2 Storage Limits: Generated audio files may be subject to storage limitations. We reserve the right to delete content that has not been accessed for an extended period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Use any automated means to access the Services or collect information from the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Services without our express written permission

9.1 "AS IS" Basis: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 AI-Generated Content: We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated audio. The quality of generated audio may vary depending on the source content and selected voice options.

9.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTENPAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your User Content and generated audio, though we are not obligated to do so.
